CEO and owner of Matan, Alon has 25 years of experience in information systems and industrial engineering. For approximately 15 years, he has served as a Business Process Management and Project Management consultant to various organizations. In 1995 he founded Matan, which specializes in defining methodologies, process improvement and implementing enterprise information systems. Prior to that, Alon served as senior consultant and systems analyst, leading projects in the areas of managerial consultancy and enterprise information systems implementation. Alon has managed Matan since its inception and regularly contributes his extensive experience to the Company’s projects. He has a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Technion.

Liat is a senior partner in the Company. She has over 12 years of experience in the field of project management consulting, work process improvement and implementation at various organizations. Liat spent seven years managing Matan’s operations at Intel, where she was in charge of Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and process definition. She has a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Technion.

Daniel serves as EPM division manager and is member of Matan’s board of directors. He has over ten years of experience in setting up Enterprise Project Management (EPM) systems at various organizations, defining methodologies, implementing and integrating supportive tools and overseeing Change Management processes. In recent years, he spearheaded complex organizational processes at Israel Aerospace Industries–Elta, Alvarion, Nice Systems and other companies. Daniel has a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Ben Gurion University, where he majored in information systems, and is PMP certified by the global PMI organization.

Irit manages Matan's project management consulting and training division, focusing on improving organizations' capabilities and performance in the field of project planning, monitoring and  control. Irit has over 10 years of experience in project management, including experience in managing complex projects from initiation and contractual commitment, through performance and business responsibility, till successful completion and delivery. Irit has a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and MBA from Ben-Gurion University.

Elinor manages Matan’s process engineering operations. She has over 8 years of experience in the field of business process Improvement and assimilation, leading and managing changes at various organizations from design to full implementation, especially in the fields of procurement, logistics, development and manufacturing. Elinor has a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and MBA from Ben-Gurion University.

Roy manages Matan's software development operations and team. Roy specializes in design and development of software solutions using Microsoft's technologies, especially solutions which enhance Microsoft's EPM application. Roy has a B.A in computers' science and is working at Matan for over 5 years, during which he had acquired unique knowledge and experience in development at EPM environments.

Dafna is in charge of employee recruitment, welfare, organizational development and training at Matan. She has 15 years of experience in human resources and extensive knowledge of intra-organizational processes. Dafna began working at Matan six years ago and is also a member of the board of directors. She has an M.A. in Social Psychology from Bar Ilan University.

Vered leads Matan’s marketing strategy, company positioning and all marcom activities. She is responsible for developing relations with business partners and the creation of cooperative ventures. Vered has over nine years of experience in marketing and product management, in such companies as 3Com Corporation in CA, USA and Informatica in Tel Aviv, Israel. She holds a B.Sc. from the Hebrew University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA.

Niki is an expert in the field of risk and control management in projects. She has over 11 years of experience in establishment and definition of planning and control infrastructures in complex organizations, assimilation of project management methodologies and leading organizational changes in this field. Niki specializes in characterization and assimilation of process and supporting tools for risk management. She has B.Sc in industrial engineering and MBA  from the Technion and she has a PMP and RMP (Risk Management Professional)  certifications by the global PMI organization.

Assaf is working at Matan for over 8 years and is a leading project manager in the field of EPM, including consulting, design and assimilation of EPM solutions. He has led some complex and board EPM assimilation projects as EPM assimilation in Leumi Bank, ELTA (IAA) and different IT units and defense industry. Assaf has a B.Sc in industrial Engineering and MBA from Ben-Gurion University.
