-Experience 3-5 years as a PMO in the world of infrastructure in engineering projects;
-Experience with MS-PROJECT Intense and challenging work environment Independent working ability.
-Degree in industry and management / computer science;
-Experience in creating, planning and maintaining annual work plans;
-Experience in monitoring work plans in terms of achieving goals, planning versus performance, managing resources and risk.
-Experience in using a companion process selection tool for portfolio and project management;
-Experience in process analysis and improvement;
-Good English punctuality and independent attention to detail in their work.
-Conducting 5S tests and guiding field staff, leading and performing continuous improvement in the field;
-Creativity to detail, fieldwork;
-Ability to work in a team;
-Personal responsibility for execution;
-English at a high level;
-Experience in Excel.
-Formal education in fields related to information systems;
-At least 7 years of experience as an IT department employee in the field of information systems;
-At least 4 years of project management experience in last 8-10 years.
-Professional experience in defining and analyzing user requirements, including initiating solutions;
-Experience in writing documents at all levels of management and Sikofm forums in front of users, including documentation requirements, characteristics, etc.;
-System implementation experience;
-Management experience including modernization of the maintenance system and expansion of changes;
-Experience with users of corporate information systems at all levels of the hierarchy;
-Good knowledge and command of English: speaking, reading and writing.
